“ We walked into here for a Sunday morning breakfast. I do have to say this is the cleanest Shoney's I've ever been in. The staff is so personable and so nice. They left you needing anything. The breakfast bar was stocked well and never had to wait on anything. I'm unsure why the ratings were so low for this place. But I feel this place needs a better review! Well worth another chance if you are in town again for vacation! ”
“ While here Gatlinburg, Nashville... we saw this local restaurant called Shoney's, so we decided to try it out for dinner. I had the buffet, which included breakfast and dinner. Dinner is what I ate. I had the fried chicken and it was excellent. The mac & cheese was delicious. The green beans were awesome. And the cream corn was spot on. The mashed potatoes and gravy's were hit as well. I didn't eat the breakfast part, so I can't comment on the breakfast items. But if they were anything like the dinner menu, I'm sure they were delicious as well. The others on our table had hamburgers, chicken strips and they were also delicious. So all in all, this was a spot to hit if you want local food with the taste of the South. We will be back again when we are in Tennessee again... Thanks for the good eats. ”
